Regulations for Reporting League Results

All sides are responsible for reporting the results by 10.00 a.m. on the Sunday immediately after the game using the reporting facilities on the 'play-cricket' web site. Failure to comply with this regulation will result in a fine of £10 for each infringement. Frequent offenders will be punished further by the committee with increased fines or point deductions a possibility.

All clubs should ensure that there at least two people who have administration rights - with the relevant result reporting administration rights. The regular correspondent being away or unavailable is not an excuse to be late in reporting results.

Please remember:

1. It is the responsibility of both teams in each match to provide and/or confirm the match information.
2. It is important that the result of the match is submitted even if the match is cancelled or abandoned.
3. It is a further requirement that the FULL & COMPLETE scorecard is submitted on 'play-cricket' no later than midnight on the Tuesday following the game.

Those clubs participating in the InterSport of Lewes Trophy and Plate competitions should also remember to report their results in the same way.

Wishing you all an enjoyable season!

Dave Procter (Hon. Fixture and Results Secretary)
