20-1-16 each club will have been sent details held by the league on the club's officers and facilites for checking

Dear League Contact
I shall soon be compiling the contents for the new hard copy league directory for 2016.
A key part of the contents is the section with details of clubs and their officers and facilities. I would be grateful if you could cast your eye over the following details and let me know of any alterations which need to be made for this revision.
If you have recently updated me with details of your club, please still check that I have correctly recorded those changes. I quite understand that some clubs don’t hold their AGMs until later in the year and will therefore not be able to make definitive changes until a later date. However, it will still be helpful to have any indication of changes that are likely to be made so that other clubs have a more valuable resource to which to refer.
Please let me have your club’s response by 20th February 2016 – though an unavoidable later submission may still be in time to make the hard copy.
Kenneth Jeffery

On 16th December an invoice was sent by post to your club's treasurer for the fees which fall due on 1st January 2016.
The address used is the one last supplied by your club. It is in your club's best interests to check with your current treasurer that this invoice has been received because if payment is not received by the last day of January regrettably penalties will apply and the cricket ball subsidy paid for by our Sponsor, Parker Building Supplies, will be withdrawn.
If you become aware that your treasurer has not received an invoice, please let me know the name and address so that a duplicate invoice can be forwarded without delay.
For electronic payments: Parker Building Supplies East Sussex Cricket League; Account No: 51353535; Sort Code: 40-14-01

The Playing Conditions sub-committee met on Wednesday 18th November to determine the position of our 124 teams in their divisions for 2016. The outcome is shown below.
Please pass this information on to those members of your club who need to know.
